Short Bio: Jordan did his BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, before moving to Leeds to do a PhD in the School of Computing. His PhD and subsequent EPSRC fellowship were in the field of biological modelling and bio-inspired robotics. He is now Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering and works primarily in the field of mobile robotics for infrastructure inspection, but maintains some collaboration with biologists working on a range of topics.
